Scope of Work
The requirement is for two (2) complete Eaton Rynglok Tubing Field Kits, which must include all necessary verification, axial swaging tooling, pump with gauge, and hose. Each kit must meet the detailed specifications, including:
- A pump with a minimum 8K PSI gauge and pump-to-hose connector.
- A hydro line connecting the pump to the swaging unit.
- Swaging units with head units for sizes -03, -04, -05, -06, -08, -10, -12, -16, -20, & -24.
- Correlated Go-no-Go gauges and marking gauges for the specified sizes.
- The ability to swage aluminum, steel, and titanium systems.
- An acceptable carrying case.
- All components must have a minimum 1-year warranty. The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, tools, and materials for setup, ensuring proper operation, and repairing any malfunctioning equipment per manufacturer specifications. Technical support (telephone or in-person) post-delivery is also required.
