This market research aims to identify capable sources and determine potential set-asides for small businesses. Responses are due by March 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT.

This includes the collection, storage, treatment, processing, and final disposition of garbage, refuse, and other discarded solid wastes generated by campers and visitors at the Schoodic Woods Campground. Excluded wastes are hazardous materials, domestic sewage solids, and pollutants from industrial wastewater treatment plants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing and maintaining contractor-owned, animal-resistant, all-metal containers (lockable/chainable, dark colored).
- Picking up and immediately cleaning any spillage of solid waste.
- Washing hauling vehicles as necessary.
- Disposing of waste at a facility compliant with local, State, and Federal environmental regulations, with the contractor covering all disposal costs.
- Following campground traffic patterns for collection.
