Purpose & Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to pump, remove, transport, and dispose of liquid, sludge, and solids from various septic systems and vault toilets throughout Devils Tower National Monument. Key tasks include:
- Annual pumping and inspection of seven septic tanks (1,000 to 12,000 gallons) between March and May.
- Pumping of two 1,000-gallon vault tanks at the Visitor Center Parking Lot, 15 times annually, primarily from May to October.
- Disposal of all waste at a licensed wastewater facility, with required manifests.
