Bi-annual services include mopping hard floors, carpet cleaning, spot cleaning, furniture polishing, and window cleaning. All products must be environmentally friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable, and made from renewable sources, with paper products meeting EPA guidelines for recovered materials.
Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base period from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, and four (4) one-year option periods, potentially extending through May 31, 2031. The place of performance is the Burley Creek Hatchery, 11421 Bethel-Burley Rd SE, Port Orchard, WA 98367. Contractors must furnish all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies. Invoicing will be monthly via IPP.
