- Response: Providing a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) onsite within 48 hours for specific investigation requests.
- Reporting: Submitting monthly patrol/activity logs, annual summaries, and police reports.
- Personnel & Equipment: Officers must be sworn, Oregon-certified LEOs, trained, and compliant with the Lautenberg Amendment. The contractor must provide certified LE vehicles, uniforms, badges, and ammunition. Tasers are explicitly prohibited.
