Scope of Work
The services entail bi-monthly (six times per year) deep cleaning of various kitchen spaces. This includes the Main Kitchen, American Hero’s Café, New Bed Tower Kitchen, Former Canteen Kitchen (for use during main kitchen renovation), VCS Cafeteria, Cuban Café shop, and Starbucks at the main campus (approx. 19,006 sq ft). Additionally, the NFS Mental Health building’s kitchen and dining room (approx. 2,978 sq ft) require cleaning. The contractor must furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment. Services are performance-based and must adhere to State of Florida, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) code NFPA-96 Cleaning Guidelines, along with other applicable regulations. Cleaning includes removal of dirt, debris, mildew, stains, and disinfection of all surfaces, including storage areas. Services must be performed outside normal operating hours.
