The requirement is for annual EverGLAZE maintenance of approximately 9,096 square feet of ceramic tile flooring located in various buildings at the Marion VA Medical Center, Marion, IL. This includes public, patient, and staff restrooms, storage closets, lobby floors, and entrances. The maintenance aims to protect and preserve the tile flooring and restore its appearance. The work involves providing all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation. Maintenance must be performed across three different shifts to minimize disruption.
