COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
The Miami Vet Center, 8280 NW 27th Street, Suite 511, Miami, FL 33122 has a requirement for Janitorial Cleaning Services. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be adhered to. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Request for Quotation (RFQ), for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in Small Business Administration (SBA) www.sba.gov prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ and at the time of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 561720 Janitorial Cleaning Services and $34 Million dollars, respectively.
FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. This requirement will be awarded to a responsible contractor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, considering price, technical factors, and past performance. Comparative evaluations will be used to evaluate offerors as prescribed in FAR 13.5.
All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov at time quotes are due to be considered for an award of a federal contract. Registration must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. To be eligible for this set-aside your company s registration must include the appropriate NAICS code.
The government contemplates awarding a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.

You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any Miami VA Healthcare System personnel to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.
Site Visit: Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit scheduled for 10/22/2025 at 12:00 (Noon) located at 8280 NW 27th Street, Suite 511, Miami, FL 33122.
Quotes: Quotes are due 10/24/2025 at 08:00 AM EST. Quotes shall be submitted via email ONLY to william.bridger@va.gov. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated unless the Contracting Officer determines the late quote will be accepted IAW 52.212-1(f)(2)(i)(A-C).
