Services include cleaning and sanitizing ceilings, walls, floors, designated surfaces (benches, carts, exterior of hoods), and equipment (refrigerators, bins, shelves) using a specific rotation of Vesphene, LPH, and Peridox. All chemicals, distilled water, PPE, and cleaning equipment must be provided by the contractor. Cleaning typically occurs between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, with availability for emergent, off-schedule cleanings required.
