• Furnishing one (1) 34-yard compactor and one (1) 20-yard open-top container.
• Responding to emergency call-backs for container repair/replacement within two hours and non-emergent calls within 48 hours. Work is generally performed prior to the medical center's workday to avoid interference.

• Evaluation Factors: Award will be based on a best value determination using a Comparative Analysis, considering:

• Limitations on Subcontracting: For services, the SDVOSB prime contractor will not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the government to firms that are not VIP-listed SDVOSBs.
