- Development and submission of an Exposure Control Plan, Spill Response Plan, Emergency Action Plan, and Fire Evacuation Plan.
- Maintenance of a detailed log for all RMW and sharps waste shipments.
- Demonstrated experience servicing similar hospital environments.
- Submission of a Subcontracting Management Plan (SMP).
