    • One (1) 30-yard roll-off dumpster emptied twice per month, with 6 additional estimated pickups annually. Disposal fees for approximately four tons per haul (up to 30 hauls/year) are included.
  • Recycling Services:
    • Twelve (12) 96-gallon recycling carts emptied weekly for aluminum, paper, plastic, and tin.
    • Lease of one (1) cardboard baler, with bi-weekly baled cardboard pick-ups. Installation, ongoing maintenance, and hauling costs are included in the monthly rental fee.

Technical capability is paramount; offers not meeting requirements will not be considered, regardless of price. The Government may award to other than the lowest-priced offeror. Award will be on an "All or Nothing Basis."
