Submission & Evaluation

The pricing schedule is critical, requiring offerors to enter pricing in Column J of the 'Price Quote Tab' for all periods and line items; failure to do so will result in an incomplete submission. Evaluation factors include Administrative, Technical, Past Performance, Price, and Veterans Involvement. Past performance will be assessed using CPARS ratings for PSC S205 engagements within the last four years. Price will be evaluated based on Total Contract Value (TCV) and Net Present Value (NPV). A mandatory Vendor Acknowledgment and Concurrence Table (APPENDIX B) must also be completed.
