• Treating landscape approximately 20 feet out from buildings 1, 2, 3, and 12, covering up to 100,000 square feet.
• Treating building exteriors along windows and doorways, up to 4 feet from ground level at buildings 1, 2, 3, and 12.
• Applying EPA-registered pesticides or approved soil treatment agents targeting cluster fly larvae and pupae.
• Performing applications during Spring and Fall with limited rainfall.
• Achieving an 80% reduction in cluster fly presence post-treatment.
• Providing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used and documentation of applied chemicals upon completion.
