Question 5. Has the government issued any CURE or Notice of Correction for pest control services over the past 24 months at this location?
Answer 5. No, The Government has not issued any Cure Notices in the Past 24 months.
Question 6. Can the government clarify how many emergency/unscheduled service requests there have been in the past 24 months?
Answer 6. Yes. Over the past 24 months, the following emergency or unscheduled pest control service requests have occurred:

- Lee County – Bed bugs (October 2025)
- Bradenton – Ants
- Sarasota – Ants
- North Pinellas – Wasp issue
Question 8. Can the government confirm the number of exterior rodent bait stations and interior rodent traps that are present? Will the government require these to be provided by the contractor upon award?
Answer 8. There are less than 10. The Government requires you to provide exterior and interior rodent traps. SEE PWS
Question 9. What is the number of bed bug service requests over the past 24 months at the below locations?
Answer 9. Approximately 10 times in two years, all at Lee County.
As of this date of this response, there are no current pest-related issues or concerns at any of the facilities.

- Basis for Award: The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value based on the following evaluation factors:
- Price
- Price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a)(2).
- Technical Approach
- The offeror’s technical proposal will be evaluated for its preventative pest control strategy, including:
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methodology.
- Chemical listings with associated safety data.
- Licensing and certifications of personnel and business.
- The Government will assess the offeror’s understanding of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and ability to meet the contract requirements.
- The offeror’s technical proposal will be evaluated for its preventative pest control strategy, including:
- Past Performance
- The Government will evaluate the offeror’s relevant and recent past performance on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Offerors shall submit three (3) references including:
- Contract number
- Period of performance
- Description of services
- Point of contact with phone/email
- The Government may also use CPARS, other Government databases, or contact references directly to assess performance.
- Note: The Government reserves the right to make award without discussion. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms and conditions in their initial quote. Quotes are due no later than 10-31-2025 at 1:00PM EASTERN TIME (New York, USA).
