- Personnel: Technicians must be California certified pesticide applicators. A Board-Certified Entomologist (BCE) or Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) must be available. Labor hours are expected to be 8 hours daily, with flexibility for off-site locations and off-hours treatments.
