Purpose

This notice serves as market research to determine the availability of potential businesses with the capabilities to provide the described services. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition and to ensure adequate competition among contractors.

Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation for Integrated Rodent and Pest Management (IPM) program tasks. All work must be performed by qualified/certified applicators in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations, and the contractor's Procedures Manual and Quality Control Manual. Service providers must be available on-site within four (4) hours of a requested service by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Work is generally expected during normal business hours (7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday), unless otherwise specified for emergencies or by mutual agreement.
