NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCEÂ to SBA Verified SDVOSB.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC), Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10), intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 to Militerriers, Inc., located at 13473 Hoover Rd. Ashville, OH 43103
The Cincinnati VA Medical Center requires a comprehensive Integrated Pest Control Plan and on-call support for its facility and supported Community Based Outreach Clinics.
The period of performance for this BRIDGE contract shall be 1-year (11/1/2025 through 10/31/2026), with no Option Periods.
This contract is being contemplated to provide for support necessary to mitigate service interruption while the station identifies the follow-on requirement. If a follow-on contract is required the agency will conduct Market Research and pick the appropriate strategy for a follow-on procurement. The facility shall make the determination no later than 5/1/2025 whether a follow-on contract is needed.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.Â
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier of the items. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services, and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address.Â
