The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services). Small business size standard is $9.5 million. Product Service Code (PSC) is S208 (Housekeeping-Landscaping/ Groundskeeping.)

The Omaha VA Health Care System at Omaha, NE and Grand Island, NE are seeking a Contractor to perform Landscape Services in accordance with the attached statement of work.

Any contractor personnel performing work on NWI campuses in relation to the application of insecticides shall be Licensed by the State of Nebraska. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS.

Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
