Scope of Work

The contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment for complete daily grounds maintenance services on the approximately 6-acre campus. Key services include:

  • Maintaining existing irrigation systems.
  • Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, groundcover, and vines.
  • Mowing, edging, aerating, and thatch removal in turf areas.
  • Fertilizing plant materials and replacing landscape elements.
