Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment for complete daily grounds maintenance services on the approximately 6-acre campus. Key services include:
- Maintaining existing irrigation systems.
- Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, groundcover, and vines.
- Mowing, edging, aerating, and thatch removal in turf areas.
- Fertilizing plant materials and replacing landscape elements.
- Weed, disease, and pest control (excluding commensal rodents).
- Erosion control/mediation and pollution prevention.
- Litter, debris, and graffiti removal.
- Cleaning pedestrian structures, site furnishings, walls, paving, exterior lighting (under 14 ft), signs, roadways, and parking lots.
- Project supervision and coordination with VA staff.
