The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain Waste and recycling Services for the Canandaigua VA Medical Center.

Basic description of the requirement:
Non-hazardous solid waste and sludge (trash) disposal at a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation approved landfill within 25 miles of the Canandaigua VA Medical Center (VAMC), 400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424. The landfill facility shall provide non-hazardous waste disposal to include weight station services to the Canandaigua VAMC, the medical center shall provide vehicles and personnel to transport the non-hazardous waste to the landfill facility. The landfill facility shall provide the vehicles and personnel to haul two roll-off containers used for the recycling facilities.
