This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. The proposed contract action is for non-personnel services contract to provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, administration and parts and materials (including lubricants) to provide repairs to all housekeeping equipment and provide a scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and testing located at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.
