The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking a contractor to provide disposal services of hazardous waste, non-hazardous chemical waste, specialty waste (i.e., hazardous pharmaceuticals, high-hazard waste, non-hazardous pharmaceuticals, and dual waste [hazardous chemical and bio-hazardous combined]), universal waste, used oil, emergency spill response services, and lab pack services. Lab pack services encompass supplies, labeling, lab packing, consolidation, shipment, manifesting, and consulting. This contract will not include the disposal of infectious, bio-hazardous, radiological, or pathological waste, except for dual waste (chemical and infectious combined).
