Scope of Work
Contractors will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment for comprehensive window washing services. Key requirements include:

- Removing, cleaning, and replacing all window screens.
- Cleaning historically significant windows by hand with mild or approved green detergents.
- Power washing exterior building surfaces, sidewalks, steps, and porch areas at less than 2000 PSI using environmentally friendly detergents for specific buildings. Sidewalks and porches are to be power washed once every three years.
