Purpose & Context

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for market research and planning purposes only, in accordance with FAR 15.201(e). It is not a solicitation or a commitment by the Government. Work includes, but is not limited to, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, demolition, concrete, masonry, roofing, paving, utilities, and managing Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) clearance. The scope also requires minimum design capabilities (up to 35% conceptual design or updating legacy drawings). Contractors will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, engineering, and technical design, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. Performance and payment bonds will be required per task order.
