  • Irrigation System Services: Management, maintenance, and minor repairs for approximately 240 zones, including annual repairs for mainline, lateral, and zone valves, and monthly head replacements. As-built drawings for Phase 1B and Phase 2 are provided.
  • Pond Services: Maintenance, aeration, and water quality testing for 4 acres of irrigation pond and 14.4 acres of stormwater detention ponds.
  • Drainage System Maintenance: Cleaning and clearing for 10 culverts.
  • Trash & Debris Removal, Pavement Sweeping, Structure Cleaning: Including Committal Shelters (2,400 sq ft) and Columbaria Complex Areas (38 acres).
