Purpose & Scope
This RFI is for market research purposes to gather information on industry capabilities for the AFTAS PRO program. The program requires technical and analytic support for SAF/AQ in the acquisition of non-space systems and programs. The scope of work includes:

- Information Technology (IT) Support: System sustainment, implementation, integration, process improvement, portfolio transformation, investment methodology.
- Acquisition Process Improvement: Utilizing Lean and Six-sigma techniques.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a capability statement, not exceeding 25 pages, addressing specific questions related to the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The statement should detail relevant experience, approaches, and potential solutions, focusing on areas such as IT Portfolio Transformation, AI Integration, Industrial Base support, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), and Acquisition Process Modeling. Company information including business name, address, DUNS/UEI, CAGE Code, Points of Contact, and business size classification is also required.
