  • Integrated systems covering hull, engine, propulsion, electrical, and navigation.
  • Installation of Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) M400 System and URC-300 Ultra High Frequency Radio System on each boat.
  • One (1) set of General Purpose ADP Equipment (laptops, software, licenses, connections) for engine diagnostics, with one year of support.
  • Engineering Technical Assistance for reactivation, inspection, and post-reactivation trials.
  • Crew Familiarization Training and Materials.
  • Compliance with Unique Item Identification (UID) requirements.
  • A commercial warranty in accordance with NAVSEA guidelines.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered if timely received. Offers must be "all-or-none"; partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive. Award will be made to a single responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to requirements and is most advantageous to the Government based on criteria in sections L and M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM.
