This solicitation (RFQ) is for the procurement of Safety Glasses. It is intended for sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042. Prime contractors outside of Japan must provide documentation to demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.

• This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.

• Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan are eligible, per DFARS 252.225-7042.

• Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

• Consumption Tax exemption applies for the USG in Japan.

• Antiterrorism/Force Protection policy applies for contractors outside the US.

• Authorized changes must be issued in writing by the Contracting Officer.
