Submission Requirements
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to edward.huchison@us.af.mil by the deadline. The email subject line must be "Synopsitation FA860126R0003 Safety Valve Maintenance" and the entire proposal must be in a single email not exceeding 15MB. Allowed attachments are .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, or .xlsx. Proposals must consist of two volumes:
- Volume I: Technical Capability Proposal (max 70 pages)
- Volume II: Price & Offer Documentation (max 50 pages, including Pricing Attachment 5 as PDF and Excel) Offers must remain firm for 180 days.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Capability and Price.

- Quality Control Plan (PWS 6.1)
- Inspection Reports (PWS 3.1)
- Prior Experience (at least two relevant contracts within five years)
- Price: Evaluated for completeness, unbalance, fair and reasonableness, and Lowest Total Evaluated Price (TEP). No tradeoffs between price and non-price factors are permitted.
