INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE
Secretary of the Air Force (SecAF) Space Support Services (SecAF S³ aka Triple S)

The AFDW/PK Contracting Directorate will be hosting an Industry Day event Tuesday and Wednesday, 22nd and 23rd of January 2019 at Joint Base Andrews, MD.

The Industry Day Event is:

- Open to all businesses 
- Industry Day event is free to attend

This event will begin promptly at 0800 and will include the following:

- AFDW/PKS and SAF/SP will briefly discuss the Secretary of the Air Force (SecAF) Space Support Services (SecAF S³ aka Triple S) formerly known as FA7014-15-F-A704 SAF/SP SETA contract and upcoming follow on solicitation.

- Allow one-on-one presentations by interested parties if requested (30 min time slots) to get feedback and provide answers to any questions about this requirement.

This event will be hosted at:

Building 3252 Wing Auditorium (Directions Attached)
Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762

Base access is required. All guest 18 and over are required to have a state or federally issued photo ID.  Base access requires a current CAC or military ID to gain access.  If the attendees do not have either of these photo IDs a Visitor Pass (attached) will need to be completed and returned with the request to attend this event.  

Parties interested in attending this event must send an email to Cynthia Harper, Sr. Contract Specialist at cynthia.i.harper.ctr@mail.mil NLT 12:00 PM (Noon) on 8 January 2019.  Please indicate if your company is interested in having a 30 minute one-on-one session when you provide the information below.

The email must include the following information for all Industry Day attendees:

- Full name (first and last name)

- Company / Cell Phone Number
- Company Email

More information will be provided along with a current Performance Work Statement (PWS) NLT 9 Jan 2019.  An updated DRAFT PWS will be provided by 9 Jan 2019 and is subject to change until the final Request for Proposal (RFP) is finalized.
