Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive pumping and maintenance services for septic tanks, lift stations, and vault toilets across SAGU's Rincon Mountain and Tucson Mountain Districts. Key requirements include:
- Pumping and removal of effluent, sewage, sludge, grease, and solids.
- Transporting all waste to an ADEQ-approved wastewater treatment facility.
- Cleaning and disinfection of vault interiors, lids, risers, and immediate work areas.
- Prevention and remediation of spills, leaks, or overflows in compliance with EPA SPCC regulations.
- Providing scheduled pumping services and 24-hour emergency response.
- Submitting a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) within 14 days of award.
