• The property is available for inspection on April 8-9, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST by appointment only.

• Bidders must be at least 18 years old.

• Certain government employees and contractors are prohibited from bidding.

• Bidders must not be delinquent in any debt due the United States.

• Payment is due via certified check or money order made out to the "US Treasury."

• Two payment options are available: upfront payment or a surety bond for the entire bid amount, with full payment due within 14 days of removal.

• Property removal must be scheduled within 12 days of notification of award.

• The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs and shipping losses.

• The facility will load the material onto the purchaser's truck at no cost.

• A separate form is provided for bidders to submit their offer, including price per pound and total offer.
