Financial & Logistics Terms

The sale is offered on an "as is" and "where is" basis, with no warranties. The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs and shipping losses. The Camp Ripley USPFO will load the material onto the purchaser's truck at no cost. Payment is due to the USPFO via certified check or money order made payable to the "US Treasury." Two payment options are available: upfront payment or a surety bond for the entire bid amount, with full payment due within 14 days of removal. Property removal must be scheduled within 12 days of notification of award. Any discrepancies must be resolved within 10 days of pickup.

Telephonic bids will not be accepted. The seller reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. The property is available for inspection on April 8-9, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST by appointment only. Bidders must be at least 18 years old, not delinquent in any debt to the U.S., and certain government employees/contractors are prohibited from bidding. A separate form is provided for bidders to submit their offer, including price per pound and total offer.
