Logistics & Financial Terms
The material must be picked up at the Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse in Little Falls, MN. Camp Ripley staff will load the material onto the purchaser's truck at no cost, provided the truck is forklift-loadable (side load or drive on). The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs and shipping losses. Payment is due to the USPFO, payable to "US Treasury" via certified check or money order. Two payment methods are acceptable: upfront payment or a surety bond for upfront pickup with full payment within 14 days of removal. Property removal must be scheduled within 12 days of award notification.
Submission & Eligibility
