• Bidders must be at least 18 years of age.

• Bidders must not be prohibited by agency regulations from purchasing government property.

• Bidders must certify they have not participated in any action to restrict competition.

• Standard Forms 114A, 114B, and 114C are included, detailing terms and conditions, item bid pages, and general sale terms.
