Logistics & Payment

EST, with the QRP providing a forklift and operator. The bidder is responsible for providing transportation at no cost to the government and for securing the load. Weights will be certified using government scales. Payment terms require 80% of the award amount due at pickup, with the balance due within fifteen (15) calendar days. Acceptable payment methods include bank draft, cashier's check, certified check, traveler's check, or postal money order, payable to the U.S. Treasury Department. Eligibility & Notes
The QRP reserves the right to reject non-responsive bids, including those from bidders with previous failures in safety/environmental requirements, indebtedness to the Federal Government, or past negligence. The QRP may require proof of an active SAM's account, DUNS Number, and Cage Code to vet bidder solvency, and full payment may be required before product release if vetting is not possible. Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws. The government assumes no liability for damages arising from the purchase or use of this material.
