- Bidders must complete the attached sales solicitation/agreement, including their offer price on page 2, and return it via email.
- Site visits to examine materials are encouraged and can be arranged by contacting the Fort Knox QRP. Failure to inspect could constitute acceptance of the product as sold.
Payment Terms
The winning bidder will be invoiced within five (5) working days after pick-up, with payment required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date. Acceptable payment methods include bank draft, cashier's check, certified check, traveler's check, or postal money order, payable to the U.S. Treasury Department, Fort Knox QRP.
