• Handle all spillages immediately at their own cost and notify relevant authorities.
• Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
• Note: Bidder's vehicles are subject to search on Fort Knox.

• Required Documents: Complete and return the attached sales solicitation/agreement, including the Pre-Award Survey. Ensure the solicitation is filled out completely with signature, date, address, telephone number, and initials on each page.
• Offer Price: Enter your company's offer price per pound for good used motor oil and antifreeze on page 2 of the solicitation.
• Evaluation: Award will be based on the best price offered to the QRP.
• Payment Terms: Bidder will be invoiced within five days after pick-up; payment due within fifteen calendar days from invoice date via bank draft, cashier's check, certified check, traveler's check, or postal money order.

• The QRP reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• Previous performance, indebtedness to the Federal Government, and adherence to safety/environmental requirements will be considered.

• Government scales at Bldg. 2962 must be used for weight certification.
