Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure the continuous operation of full food service turn-key operations at the Dining Facility (DFAC) for the Kansas Regional Training Institute (KSRTI) in Salina, KS, providing quality meals to Soldiers and civilians.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for full food services.

• Rations provided will be in accordance with the "Go for Green Army Recipes."

• Services include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days a week, with specific serving times based on personnel count.

• Services are provided at KSRTI, 2930 Scanlan Ave, Salina, KS 67401.

• Contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service.

• Teleworking is not authorized.

• Services are provided on recognized US holidays, with operations identified 30 days prior.

• Contractor must meet or exceed industry standards for food quality and service.

• Quality Control (QC) Plan required within 10 days of contract award.

• Quality Assurance (QA) will be evaluated by the Government per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) in Technical Exhibit 1 outlines specific performance objectives, standards, and acceptable quality levels.
