Units must be new or like-new, equipped with a 50-inch or larger Smart TV with streaming services, and high-speed internet (100 Mbps or greater) with Wi-Fi. Monthly housekeeping, cleaning, and linen services are required. Vendors must respond to issues within 24 hours and resolve them within 48 hours, providing a 24-hour emergency contact.
