Submission & Evaluation

  • Evaluation: Award will be made to a single vendor based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Evaluation factors include an acceptable Health Inspection Report and acceptable Past Performance. Trade-offs between cost/price and non-cost/price factors are not permitted.
