Project Scope

Companies and citizens from Belarus, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, North Korea, People's Republic of China, Russia, Venezuela, and Vietnam are explicitly ineligible.

Sources Sought Submission Details

Interested companies should submit a capability statement (limited to 10 pages, PDF or Word) detailing their expertise, project and risk management capabilities, and outcomes relevant to the Statement of Work. Subcontracting or teaming arrangements should be addressed. The statement must include organization details such as ownership type, UEI, CAGE code, small business category, and current facility/safeguarding clearances. Proprietary data should be clearly marked.
