(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information
included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are
being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation #W91QF4-26-Q-A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates
provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06
effective as of 01 October 2025.
(iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 212321-
“Construction Sand and Gravel Mining” with a size standard of 500 Employees and
PSC of 5610- Mineral Construction Materials, Bulk. An Offeror must be registered on
