Scope of Work

- Clearing vegetation, ranging from sparse grass to thick brush and trees up to 20 inches in diameter, and removing berms that obstruct drainage.
- Raising and lowering sections of specific routes, such as the Driftwood OHV Route and Lower Cleawox OHV Route.
- Restoring several beach routes (Goosepasture, Chapman, Breach, Hauser, Saunders), the 430 OHV Route, and the Incinerator Road route.

4.75 miles) and South (10 miles) riding areas. Bidders must adhere to design parameters for four-wheel drive vehicles.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, based on the following factors:
- Technical Approach: Evaluates the offeror's ability to provide a sound and compliant approach, demonstrating a thorough understanding of requirements, including meeting schedule, equipment specifications, and personnel qualifications.
- Past Performance History: Requires a listing of relevant projects from the past three years, including contact information and details on any terminated contracts. Performance will be rated as Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable.
- Price: Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness, requiring pricing for all line items. The Government intends to make one award without discussions.
Additional Notes
A site visit is strongly encouraged. Contractors must be familiar with operating heavy equipment on sand. Applicable wage rates are detailed in Wage Determination No. 2015-5575, Revision No. 29.
