The selected contractor will be responsible for developing bridging documents to 100% final design and completing all construction work for a comprehensive Compound Security Upgrade. Key deliverables include:

  • Demolition of select existing facilities.
  • Upgrades to the perimeter wall for climb ability and clear zone requirements.
  • Upgrade to Internet Protocol Closed Circuit Television (IPCCTV) and associated Technical Security (TSS) Upgrades.
  • New construction of facilities, including a Main Compound Access Control (MCAC) facility, Consular Compound Access Control (CCAC) facility, Service Compound Access Control (SCAC) facility, a Support Annex (SPX) with integrated Compound Emergency Sanctuary (CES), and Demarcation (Demarc) Building(s).
  • Design services encompass architecture, civil, structural, geotechnical, seismic, blast, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, fire protection, sustainable design, energy conservation, space planning, interior design, signage, physical and technical security, vertical transportation, lighting design, landscape design, cost estimating, and value engineering.

Eligibility & Submission
