This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, specifically for portable toilet services at Santiam Canyon Sites in Mill City and Lyons, Oregon. The Bureau of Land Management, Northwest Oregon District, is procuring these services. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.

• Provision of 1 accessible and 1 standard portable toilet at Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site.

• Toilets to be placed in a flat, accessible location within the day use loop near the boat ramp (accessible toilet) and near the Cottonwood Shelter in River Loop (standard toilet).

• Toilets will be pumped, cleaned, and restocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer weekly.

• Evidence of servicing inside the portable toilets is required.

• A urinal in the toilet is preferable but not required.

• The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Services Contract.

• The contract includes a one-year Base Year plus four (4) one-year term options.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (02/10/2026 to 02/09/2027) with four option periods extending to 02/09/2031.
