Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Technical acceptability will be based on the Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and the specified delivery schedule. Quotes must clearly meet minimum requirements to be considered acceptable.
