Scope of Work

• Relocation of electrical and/or mechanical building system components as necessary, with COR approval.

Special Requirements

• Materials must be commercial or industrial grade, or refurbished with comparable warranty.
• Contractor must provide a site-specific Safety and Health Plan.
• Compliance with various GSA, OSHA, NFPA, and other federal, state, and local codes and standards is required.
• Full warranty on labor and materials for one year.
• Provide electronic (CAD) "As-Built Drawings" and hard copy documents.
• Provide formal instruction for up to five Government designated personnel on operation and maintenance of newly installed equipment.
• Provide shop drawings, submittals, product cut-sheets, and project schedule prior to beginning work.
• Provide necessary building permits and inspections to the COR.
