This requirement is for Network services for 140 BGAN hardware devices. EPA has one hundred and forty (140) RadNet Fixed Monitor systems that operate continuously at specified outdoor locations throughout the United States. These systems transmit hourly data files to EPA using redundant communication modes. This includes broadband global area network (BGAN) satellite telemetry hardware.
Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the
clauses, provisions, and requirements of this
solicitation and attachments, or risk not being
accepted. This requirement is firm fixed-priced.
