The primary objective is to maintain the MC3 ground station network, which supports U.S. government and allied small satellites, ensuring its DoD Authority to Operate (ATO) and reliable operations.

Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must possess a TOP SECRET//SI//TK clearance at the time of proposal submission and maintain it throughout the contract. Key personnel must be U.S. Citizens. A minimum NACLC or T3/T3R equivalent investigation is required for non-critical sensitive/IT-II positions, with CAC eligibility for DoD facilities and IT systems.
